Wooden fire windows

We produce in the following variants:

We produce internal fixed glazed wooden fire windows with a frame thickness of at least 56 mm - on customer's request it is possible to use 68 or 78 mm or other individual construction thickness. In principle, it is sufficient to glaze internal fire windows with single fire glass, but quite often they are located at the interface of rooms with different heating levels, so it is almost standard to glaze these internal products with fire-insulating double glazing as well. A smaller percentage of production is internal sashes of windows that open or tilt for washing /mostly internal sashes of existing mullioned windows/ - the information in the paragraph below applies to their fittings.

External fire windows are made in 78 mm (or 68 mm) thickness with double glazing with fire insulation glass. The windows can be either fixed, i.e. fixed glazed, or hinged or openable for the need of technical service - washing. It is not possible to make a fire window opening + tilting, because these windows must not be fitted with full-circuit fittings - in the place of the fittings, due to the missing mass of wood, flame penetration would occur. Windows that open or tilt for washing must be permanently closed when in operation! They are therefore fitted with hinges only and either with a lock and blind rosette or with a reed lock with a square hole, or they can be closed with a connecting bolt.

As standard, as with doors, the surface treatment is carried out by high-pressure spraying of RAL colours or Adler glazes.
