POZUZ fire doors and windows adapt to chateaux, castles, monasteries, churches and other historic buildings that need fire protection. They look like the original — they simply carry certified fire resistance inside.
You do not have to choose between fire safetyand the original appearance of the building.
We build a replica so exact that no visitor notices it — and it still meets the fire safety design and the heritage authority.
Our speciality
So that everything fits the character of the building
In a historic building you cannot simply swap the doors for standard ones. Windows and doors have to match the interior and the exterior — down to the last profile.
We make exact replicas of the original doors, frames and windows: panels, profiles, mouldings and hardware. Where possible we prefer toupgrade the original infill andleave it in place. We also makewindows classified DP1 that look like wood.
We are used to dealing with heritage authorities and architects. We agree on a sample and the profile detail up front, so nothing has to be improvised on site.
