Complete door manufacture and installation
We make doors of various fire-safety levels (EW15 – EW30, EI15 – EI30, DP3). Most often they go into schools, flats, office and historical buildings. Fire-rated doors are designed by the project engineer so that they safeguard the evacuation of people and prevent fire and smoke from spreading through the building.
Based on your project documentation, we will propose which doors to use. We match the look of the doors to the character of the building and the other elements, and we can make almost any atypical dimensions from a range of materials.
According to the prescribed list from the project engineer, we manufacture, deliver and install the doors — always with the required fire safety.
Bespoke design
We adapt to the character of your building
We make fire-rated doors from materials that resist fire for a long time, yet are easy to work with — most often solid wood or veneered MDF, and we also use various plywoods. They are complemented by intumescent strips and sealants that in a fire expand many times over in volume and block its spread.
We paint the doors in any colour and tailor the surface finish. We can combine them with fire-rated windows into coherent fire-rated walls — so that everything suits the building, the project engineer, the architect, the investor and the fire brigade. Just get in touch with your project.
Digital design
2D/3D models make it easier to picture
Before we start manufacturing, we prepare a 2D or 3D model of the doors — so you have a clear idea of how they will look, how wide they will be, how much space they take up and whether they meet your expectations.
The model also shows you what space the installation requires, so you can adjust the sequence of works — and avoid demolishing something already finished.
