Complaints and warranty service

We want our fire-rated doors, windows and walls to serve you for as long as possible. Regular adjustment and maintenance significantly extend the lifespan of the products and preserve their fire-resistance properties. We are glad to help you with everything under the warranty — and we carry out adjustments free of charge for 12 months from completion of the project.

Before filling in the form, we recommend reading our complaints procedure and information on privacy. For quick handling, please provide as accurate a description of the fault as possible and attach photo documentation.
